The lessee declares under his responsibility and accepts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.- Both the rental material and its accessories are the property of Mendi E-Bike and are delivered in a perfect state of use and conservation, and the user is responsible for returning them in the same state in which they were received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.- The holder of this contract becomes the depository and custodian of the rented material and accessories, assuming all the civil and penal responsibilities that this condition implies, until the material is returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.- In case of loss or theft during the rental period, the customer is personally responsible for the payment of the market value of the article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.- It is compulsory to pay a \ufb01nancial deposit of \u20ac100\/bike prior to rental, which will be used to cover any possible damage caused to the rented bicycle or equipment and will serve as a deposit for the duration of the rental. This deposit will be returned in full in the same form in which it was paid once the rental has ended, provided that all the rented material is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.- The return of the rented material and its accessories will take place at the previously stipulated place. In the event of non-compliance with the contracted timetable, the hirer shall pay the hourly rate established for each rented material, for every 15 minutes of delay, in its proportional part, excluding the first 15 minutes of delay, without any additional cost for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.- Rules of use: keep the bikes in sight at all times during stops (while they are not being ridden). When unattended (during the night, etc...) they must be kept indoors, in a locked place (house, hotel, flat,...).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7.- The hirer is aware of the physical risks inherent in the use of the rental material and exempts the rental company from liability. Likewise, he\/she declares that he\/she is in good physical condition to ride a bicycle or any of the products rented. He\/she also undertakes not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and\/or narcotics, as well as any other medication that may affect his\/her ability to react.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8- It is compulsory to wear a helmet when renting equipment, as well as during guided excursions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9- Immediately notify any incident in the form of breakdowns, equipment failure and\/or accidents involving users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10.- The rental company is not responsible for any accident suffered by the hirer during the use of the rented material and\/or accessories, nor for any physical, mental or material damage suffered as a result of said use, attributable both to the hirer and to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
11- You may not make any claim of any kind against the hirer, his employees or his insurance companies, due to physical or mental damage that you may suffer as a result of the use of the rented and\/or purchased equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
12.-Bookings will be made by paying 100% of the rental cost. In case of cancellation 5 days in advance, 100% of the reserved amount will be refunded, 50% in case of cancellation 3 days in advance and 10% in case of cancellation 1 day in advance. In case of cancellation on the same day, no amount will be refunded unless the cancellation is duly justified by force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
